Canadian winters are known for their harsh mix of rain, ice, and snow, a combination that does a number on our vehicles. To help combat the nasty weather to come, Ram recently introduced the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Sub Zero trim level to its pickup truck lineup — made exclusively for Canadians with cold weather in mind.
“The new Sub Zero package was designed by Canadians for Canadians,” said Reid Bigland, President and CEO of FCA Canada. “We created an exclusive package with affordable, all-weather comfort and conveniences to complement the award-winning capability and features of our Ram 1500 Classic, helping our Ram customers better conquer touch Canadian winters from coast-to-coast.”
The Sub Zero package is available on the ST, Tradesman, and Express models. It adds winter-ready features, including:
- Heated front seats
- Leather-wrapped, heated steering wheel
- Remote start to make your cold morning starts a bit warmer
- 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat
- 115V power outlet
It also comes equipped with a range of technologies, including the Uconnect® 3 infotainment system that is paired to a 5-inch touch-screen display, SiriusXM® satellite radio, and hands-free communication.
The Sub Zero package comes with a $1,495 Canadian MSRP and is offering on Quad or Crew Cab 4×4 Ram 1500 Classic models, regardless of the engine configuration. To learn more, stop in for a visit here at Downtown Chrysler.
